I don't think india is so backward that it needs reservation. Else caste based reservation is making india backward before other countries. The root cause of indian brain drain is neglection of young talent and caste based reservation. Politicians like ARJUN SINGH are playing their politics in which they are properly trained, that how to have maximum votes and manage their vote banks and divide this largest democracy of world on communal bases.
